Courtney is the founder of Simple + Sound Living, a resource to inspire families and individuals to pursue a life of intentional simplicity and experience more peace and joy in their homes.
Born and raised in the South, her family sold it all and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2019, and from their own experience with minimal and adventurous living, a dream was birthed to help others simplify their lives and find peace. In 2022, her family once again sold their belongings and hit the road as full-time RVers. Courtney now lives in the San Antonio, Texas, area with her husband of 20 years and their three children.
Her favorite things are road trips to new places, old books, French press coffee, hikes in the PNW forests, and a good Moleskin notebook with plenty of blank pages.
